Privacy Policy
Our commitment
Buzaca Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information Buzaca collects, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
- Account information, including your email address, username, date of birth, and authentication information.
- Profile information, including your display name, profile photo, biography, and social-media links.
- Information you provide when contacting Buzaca for support.
Information collected through your use of Buzaca
- Subscription status and transaction information needed to verify Premium access and subscription ownership. Buzaca does not receive your complete payment-card information.
- Referral activity, including the referring username, qualifying first opens, completed account registrations, subscriptions, awarded points, and fraud-prevention records.
- Device and app information, such as app version, device model, installation identifier, notification token, and operating platform.
- Internet Protocol information and approximate location or localization information derived from it, including city, region, country, timezone, and language. Buzaca uses this information for security, fraud and abuse prevention, localization, referral verification, account operation, and service reliability. Buzaca does not use this process to collect precise GPS location.
- Diagnostic information, including crashes, errors, performance information, and security events.
Referral clipboard handoff
A Buzaca webpage may place a referral identifier, such as a Buzaca username, on your device clipboard after you choose “Join Buzaca.” The Buzaca app processes that referral only after you choose to paste it into the app. The referral is used to attribute eligible referral activity and prevent duplicate or fraudulent credit.
Public information
Your Buzaca username, display name, profile photo, biography, supported social links, personal Buzaca webpage, Daily Spotlight information, and any other information you choose to make public may be visible to other users inside the Buzaca app and, where applicable, to people who access a public Buzaca webpage.
Information you intentionally make public may be viewed, copied, downloaded, saved, shared, quoted, screenshot, indexed, cached, archived, or otherwise retained by other users, search engines, websites, social platforms, messaging services, browsers, archives, artificial intelligence systems, and other third parties.
Buzaca cannot control how other users or third parties use, copy, store, redistribute, or retain information that you intentionally make public. Making information private, changing your profile, disabling a webpage, changing a username, or deleting your account may not immediately remove copies previously created or retained by others.
Privacy settings, account restrictions, moderation actions, subscription status, and technical conditions may affect where and when profile information is publicly available.
Do not publish information that you want to keep private, confidential, or sensitive.

Service providers and security infrastructure
Buzaca uses third-party service providers and its own internal systems to operate, host, deliver, protect, monitor, and maintain the service.
Google Cloud and Firebase
Buzaca uses Google Cloud and Firebase services to host, operate, secure, monitor, deliver, and maintain the service. These services may include account authentication, databases, file storage, backend processing, website hosting, networking, content delivery, notifications, logging, monitoring, diagnostics, security, abuse prevention, traffic management, automated image-analysis and content-moderation services, and related infrastructure.
Uploaded profile images may be analyzed by automated content-moderation services to help detect potentially unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or policy-violating content. Automated analysis may assist Buzaca in allowing, restricting, reviewing, or removing content, and may be supplemented by administrator review where appropriate.
Depending on the service and request, Google Cloud and Firebase may process technical information such as Internet Protocol addresses, partial Internet Protocol prefixes, device or browser information, user-agent information, request paths, request headers, timestamps, app identifiers, installation identifiers, attestation information, security signals, traffic patterns, response codes, and diagnostic or log information.
Buzaca security and abuse-prevention systems
Buzaca also operates internal security and abuse-prevention systems. These may use account, installation, device, network, referral, subscription, request, authentication, and security information to:
- Apply request limits, cooldowns, and temporary restrictions.
- Detect repeated, automated, duplicated, manipulated, or suspicious activity.
- Prevent self-referrals, duplicate referral credit, reused transactions, and subscription-ownership abuse.
- Verify app integrity, account eligibility, referral events, and subscription status.
- Associate related requests using identifiers or shortened Internet Protocol prefixes where reasonably necessary.
- Block, reject, delay, challenge, investigate, or record activity that may threaten Buzaca, its users, or its infrastructure.
These safeguards may make automated decisions about whether a request is allowed, limited, challenged, delayed, or rejected. No security or abuse-prevention system is guaranteed to identify or prevent every unauthorized or harmful activity.
Apple
Buzaca uses Apple services for App Store distribution, subscription purchasing and verification, transaction processing, device or app attestation, and related platform functions. Apple processes information according to its agreements and applicable policies. Buzaca does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.
IP location provider
Buzaca may use an Internet Protocol location provider, including ipapi, to derive approximate information such as city, region, country, timezone, or language from an Internet Protocol address. This process is not used by Buzaca to obtain precise GPS location.
Service providers process information in accordance with their agreements with Buzaca, their applicable privacy terms, and applicable law. They may process information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, improve, bill, monitor, or comply with legal obligations relating to the services they provide to Buzaca.
The particular providers and technologies used by Buzaca may change as the service evolves. Buzaca remains responsible for selecting and overseeing service providers as required by applicable privacy law.
Information may be processed or stored outside your province or country, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
When information may be disclosed
Buzaca may disclose information:
- To service providers that help operate Buzaca.
- When you direct or authorize the disclosure.
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests.
- To protect users, Buzaca, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.
- As part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
Retention
Buzaca retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining account and subscription records, preventing fraud and abuse, protecting security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information, its sensitivity, the reason it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. Information may remain temporarily in protected backups after it is removed from active systems. Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent repeated fraud, abuse, account evasion, duplicate referral credit, or unauthorized subscription use.
Your choices and rights
- You may update supported profile information in the app.
- You may manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple Account settings.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- You may withdraw consent where applicable, although this may prevent Buzaca from providing some services.
Account deletion
You may initiate deletion of your Buzaca account through the supported account-deletion control inside the app. Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal information and user-generated content associated with the account, including profile information and profile images, except for information Buzaca is permitted or required to retain for security, fraud prevention, subscription and transaction records, dispute resolution, enforcement, backups, or legal obligations.
Deletion may require a reasonable processing period, and limited information may temporarily remain in protected backups or security records. Copies previously made or retained by other users, search engines, archives, or independent third parties may remain outside Buzaca's control.
Deleting a Buzaca account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must separately manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges.
Security
Buzaca uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system is completely secure, and Buzaca cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Buzaca is intended only for people who meet the minimum age stated in the Terms of Use. Buzaca does not knowingly permit accounts from people below that age.
Changes to this policy
Buzaca may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. The updated date above shows when this policy was last revised.
